Leadership Development

Each week, another client walks into my office, severely depressed.  When I ask why they are in so much pain, they respond “It is my boss.” This happens week after week, with people who work at charities, companies, governments, big or small.

I decided to try and prevent this from happening.  I also work with organizations to improve the quality of leadership.  This results in significantly improved health and productivity for employees. My goal is that never again would a person walk into a psychologist’s office, wanting to die because of their manager.

I created a process called Feedback Improved Leadership.  It increases the expertise of managers by ensuring that they receive frequent objective feedback.  This is the same process that people use to become expert performers at tennis, music, or chess.  You can read blog posts and free reports, and watch videos about it at FILeadership.com.
